He has conducted research on sustainability, reuse and value creation, and published widely on second-hand markets, sustainable business practices in fashion, and culture. Bringing research-driven insights into business and organizational reality, he suggests radical business models, centers strategies on knowledge and brings critical perspectives on circularity.

Lea Hedeskov

Strategic project manager

Lea Hedeskov has a background as a producer, facilitator and project manager in the Danish culture and festival industry. From this work, they bring a hands-on experience in facilitation and expertise in managing strategic processes. Lea has an in-depth knowledge of work environment, diversity, equity and inclusion and are passionate about finding innovative and concrete ways to tackle complex and systemic challenges.

PrOJECT MANAGER & STRATEGIC DESIGNER

Marie Due is specialized in driving user centric processes based on design thinking methods. She has a deep understanding of sustainable business models and how to drive strategic change. Marie is passionate about understanding the context from which a given challenge originates - always aiming to identify opportunities for innovative improvement. She works with the private and public sectors and with foundations and organizations.

Jessica Derconteé Petersen (She/her)

Project Manager, Climate justice & Deib

Jessica Petersen is an experienced researcher and project coordinator with a background in global governance studies. She is specialized in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and the embedded social and climate injustices of contemporary sustainability practices. She provides a critical, intersectional approach to deal with environmental issues and questions what global solidarity and equity means for the contexts we find ourselves in.

Moussa mchangama

Co-Founder & Senior Advisor

Moussa Mchangama has a background in media and strategic communication. With vast knowledge on the intersection between consumer culture, social issues and sustainability, he is a leading voice in the journey towards diverse, equitable and just futures. He creates caring and nurturing climates for conversations that challenges norms and perceptions and business-as-usual and is a much-used keynote speaker, moderator and board member.
